The fifth floor of the Conklin building has The worst care I’ve seen ever. Unfortunately my father is there and one thing after another, has happened with his meds. They forget to give him meds, they change his meds, they don’t give him enough meds. There is not one point person to talk to the nurses do not answer call bells even when alarms go off.
