I just wanna share my experience at the Conklin building fifth floor. I was admitted there Thursday discharged today. And I would love to say that the staff from security guard to reception to nurses to patient aids to cleaning people to nutrition. Everyone was awesome friendly caring made you feel like you’re at home no judgments no rudeness it was a pleasure. I felt honestly like I was staying at a retreat and people were taking care of me. The fifth floor of the Conklin building has The worst care I’ve seen ever. Unfortunately my father is there and one thing after another, has happened with his meds. They forget to give him meds, they change his meds, they don’t give him enough meds. There is not one point person to talk to the nurses do not answer call bells even when alarms go off.
