Received "third notice/lease termination notice" The notice was to recertify. NEVER received first two notices. Notice said to call office to make appointment with manager who is never there. Poorly run!
The property manager stole my rent money at gateway at peerless and I am being told I still have to pay it or be evicted. I’ve shown them proof and bank statements but I still have to take a lost with my four children. We now have to have an eviction or come up with 4 thousand dollars. I really hope if you choose to live here you think twice. My air has not worked in months. My front door battery is dead.
I believe most of the negative reviews about this company. I was considering sending them an application for employment but after reading their question which are extremely invasive I decided to back out. When something starts with a suspicious or negative overtone it usually ends badly. I wish this company and residents the best of luck.
I have been living at this property ( Gateway at Peerless) since February 2023. Everything was going smoothly until little things started to happen and going unfixed. Just recently the property manager left and there has been no one here to see to the property or maintenance issues. My air hasn’t been working properly for the last three weeks.
