If I could give ZERO I would
Esther has been a fantastic manager. She is quick to send crews out for any repairs. She is very communicative when I had any questions. She is easy to get in contact with, and is very kind and professional.
Esther showed me an apartment in NE and opted not to apply even though she was pressuring me. 10 months later I called to view an apartment in SE. Esther was awkward when I tried to pin down an viewing. Finally came right out and said she remembered me and didn't want to show me the apartment (because I wasn't interested in the other place! ) Really??? Wow, I guess you can't look at a place and decide it's not for you and be allowed to ever look at another one of their properties again! As others stated, Esther is terrible.
