Hassle Free Service I just had my 35,000 mile check on my Toyota RAV4. Conicelli makes the service process hassle free. I called less than a week ago and got my first choice of dates to have my car serviced. Bob Calhoun called me at work to let me know the car was ready for pick-up and all was well. Bob has been my service advisor for many years and at least two cars. He is always friendly and courteous.Bob listens to my concerns and thoroughly explains any problems found by the mechanics. He was courteous, polite and caring. His presentation of the car I was interested in was informative and very convincing. John worked quickly to work out a deal and knowing that I do not live close to the dealership, he had everything ready for me before I arrived. All I had to do was sign!
