My experience was great My experience was great. I was treated with great respect and Mr. Peter Papas made sure that i didnt get into a vehicle that i would remotely have trouble paying for. Quick in and out, left with a PriusV I started with an online appointment, and got many examples of available cars sent by email. Very helpful! We came in wanting a Prius, and we drove all three models. Brian Moyer was our salesperson and was very low-key in his sales pitch, which was perfect for us. We went home with a PriusV, and a very good deal!
Buying experience I am truly amazed by the experience I had today when purchasing my vehicle. I walked into the dealership feeling very apprehensive. That was due to the horrible experiences I have had in the past with other dealers. From the moment I walked into Conicelli I received a warm greeting from both Jacob Dank and Brian O. I must say they were true to their word, they walked me through every detail, I knew exactly what was going on. I truly feel they worked for me and not against me.

Excellent Service! The whole car buying experience I had with Pete was very smooth from start to finish. He was patient, kind and really listened to my concerns. He knew I was nervous and put my mind at ease. Pete answered all of my questions. I live over an hour away and was able to drive away with my new car just after a couple of hours on the same day. Always great service I'm very pleased with my experience dealing with the service dept. I had my vehicle transmission go and called to let them know it was being towed in. Stacy, the mechanic Jerry, and the rental dept were all ready and waiting as my vehicle and I arrived within an hour of my call, and I was out the door in a rental within a few minutes.
