I had found that the incentives from Toyota were a good enough reason to shop with them. I now have a 2010 Rav 4 and love it. I would recommend this dealership to all my family members and friends. When the car I originally wanted wasn't available, they were able to work out a deal for me so that I could get a newer model at a great price. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received at Conicelli as well as my new Rav4!

Their financing rates were a little disappointing, but we didn't really have much else of a choice. They were helpful to answer our questions and did "what they could" to meet our desired monthly payment.
Mr Jim Schwartz is the finance guy at the dealership and... Mr Jim Schwartz is the finance guy at the dealership and he was immensely helpful to me. Even though it was almost after hours, he went out of his way to call insurance companies to ensure that I could drive my car home with me that same day. He went out on a limb to ensure that the deal was sealed even though I had some issues with my out-of-state i.d. He is a great guy and definitely exemplifies that at Conicelli, "its a nice place to do business".

They worked with us over the phone and gave us an incredible price on a lease for a Rav 4. When we visited the dealership to test drive, the car was prepped and ready to go. Good initial email consultation and good instore experience. Their follow up was thorough but not overbearing. Terms of the deal were great!
I bought my 2000 4Runner Ltd from these guys back in... I bought my 2000 4Runner Ltd from these guys back in 2005. I've taken it in for service a number of times. Today I had it in for service as I was getting a vibration @ 60+ and squealing from the left side wheel area. They fixed the squealing (frt brks) and free of charge fixed the balance of my frt tires. While they need to work on their customer area (dirty bathrooms, no soap, dirty mechanics fumbling with the coffee machine that's for customers), I cannot say anything... read more

Sales Manager very helpful. Vehicle was superbly cleaned and detailed, filled with gas and ready to go. Close out paperwork done promptly and I was on way in a reasonable time. A+ transaction and would highly recommend.
