I made an appointment for a test drive at 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:20 and was told that someone would be there with me shortly for my test drive. At 7pm I decided that enough of my time had been wasted and left. On the next day I got an email from some guy called David stating that it had been a pleasure to speak to me and that he hoped he was able to answer all my questions. Well, I'll be! We have been Conicelli customers since 2005.Four cars, 3 of them new.We are extremely satisfied with our service manager, Jessye Barksdale. A sale is only as good as the service.Jessye Barksdale is proffesional and patient.He explains everything and we always have great results.
Thus far I can honestly say my talks with the staff at Conicelli is anything less then 5 stars.
