Great place to buy a car! Very friendly staff and stress free dealing.
I was so excited when I got the call that I was approved for my traverse in the middle of chapter 7 bankruptcy, they were all really nice, however not even a few days after having my traverse the trans started slipping, i brought it in and was told they could find nothing wrong, yet here we are a month later and it still slips, I started to hear a knock so I took it to a mechanic and had it put on a lift to find out it needs front outer and inner tie rods and I am beyond heartbroken and disgusted!!! Had to come back and edit my review. Unfortunately after 4 rear differentials replaced, multiple other issues with my car and clearly cannot get the fix right and have not offered any type of resolve. Don’t waste your time with here with this dealership or with genesis in general. Good looking car made of bad quality.
