I have been using Congressional for three years now, was referred by next door neighbor. Always impressed by how nice the windows look and how efficiently the team works around the house - - when they arrive they jump right in - they know what they are doing.
We used Congressional to clean our 30+ windows this spring. They did an outstanding job. I was particularly impressed with the care they took in cleaning each window and the results were outstanding.
Been using since 2015. Discontinuing service as I have had NO success in reaching them on the phone. Recorded message or busy signal. Had to cancel service via USPS.
I've used Congressional windows for many years for both inside and outsde window cleaning. The staff is thorough, considerate, and careful. Our house has windows with a variety of pedigrees (from very old and oddly situated to modern efficient models); the workers handle all efficiently. I paid about $350 for three staff to work a total of six hours. Very reasonable for the quality of the work.
