In case if you don’t like cockroaches, please please stay away from these Congressional Towers Apartments. Attn: Dear families with YOUNG KIDS I am living here for long time but I am now counting days to leave this place. Because they upgraded balconies and my kids try to climb on new railings as they are similar to stairs. You can compare old and new railings in pics. I do not recommend renting here. We lived at this property for three years. The first two were manageable, largely because we had respectful neighbors upstairs. Unfortunately, the last year has been a nightmare. A new family moved in above us with small children who ran, jumped, and threw toys around all day long. The noise was relentless and made daily life extremely difficult. Management did nothing meaningful to resolve the issue.
