I moved in at the end of May 2025, and I’ve waited until the end of September to get to know the place before writing this review. I’m very happy and impressed, living in Congressional Towers Apartments in Rockville. From the start, working with Gamal, my leasing agent, I felt that he really listened to me and what I was looking for, before showing me an apartment just right for me. In case if you don’t like cockroaches, please please stay away from these Congressional Towers Apartments. Attn: Dear families with YOUNG KIDS I am living here for long time but I am now counting days to leave this place. Because they upgraded balconies and my kids try to climb on new railings as they are similar to stairs. You can compare old and new railings in pics. I did call to leasing office but they totally refused to allow me to cover these new stair type railings. I have lived in four states across USA but never see... read more
