Very professional I called Nick at Congressional and within ten minutes the office called back with an appointment. The technician was very knowledgeable, on time & the service was excellent including follow up call. Very professional & pleasure working with.
Perfect Service! My heater wasn't working this morning. My house was so cold in rainy day. I found Nick after read all the great reviews online. They arrived precisely on time after I called him. Then he checked my heater and found out the problem within two minutes. And then they figured out how to fix it, also they explained what's wrong with my heater. Awesome HVAC Service! They were absolutely awesome! The technician had given me advised on how to deal my hvac issue, he really took time and very patient about it. The technician was very great and very professional. I called them and they picked up right away and asked me what they can help me with.
