This place is Terrible!!! On open table the plate prices are $30 however my bill was $280 for two and they charged us for drinks we didn’t have and dessert that was included but never was delivered to our table!! The waitstaff are normal millennials that think money falls out of their parents pockets. Food was average but overall experience was a NEGATIVE 10
Ignored for over ten minutes when coming in for a takeout order. Not a very good impression. Probably won’t be back with all the other choices in Portland.
Overpriced cold food. Next year we will pick somewhere else for Thanksgiving.
My husband and I are honeymooning this week in Portland and we ate here based on TripAdvisor's reviews. We were sadly disappointed. Service was slow, but there seemed to be only one waiter in the restaurant. Our scallops were good, but almost cold; split an entree, and it was just ok for $19. We had a couple drinks and they were the best part of the meal. $70 later, we were full, but underwhelmed. Maybe we went at a bad time, but it was definitely not worth the price.
We ate there 4 times during our recent stay at Westin. Great food and the staff were very accommodating.

Stayed at the Westin Hotel and got breakfast from C2 two days in a row and it was horrible. Burnt toast, dry hasbrowns, over cooked eggs, and a pathetic excuse of corn beef hash. Avoid this place for breakfast at all cost.
Cold food. Poor service. Lackluster flavor. We went during Maine restaurant week so I'm not sure how much effect that had on things.
