I have lived at Congress Place Apartments for over 5 years, the apartments a spacious and modern in design. Its quiet and really close to shopping centers. The Property Manager Sammy is very personable and knows everybody on a first name basis and I feel confident in knowing that she is there to take of all her tenants. I would surely recommend this complex to my friends and family.

Very nice place. My lease is coming up in June so I started looking for apartments. There are not that many nice places in New Port Richey and honestly I didnt expect too much at this complex either but I was pleasantly surprised. Its very family oriented quite place. Apartments are so nice and so big. Their one bedroom is as big as my 2 bedrooms where I live right now. I love how apartments are spacious and everything looks so new. There is no management on site. Pool is closed more than it is open. Police are there every other weekend. Maintenance is performed in an untimely manner. Very poor lighting in the parking lot. Undesirable people living here. Very High Crime Area!!!!
They are really wonderful apartments very large with more than enough room for 3 adults to live comfortably, the neighbors are so nice and friendly they also say hey and me personally have a relanship with all my nrighbors on all sides, it is also superisling quiet no one ever has there music loud or anything you think there would be more noise for being such a large complex. :) its espically nice during the summer there is a pool that is always open i really dont see a lot of people in itwhixh is supersing because it is a r... read more

FIRST & FOREMOST I WOULD LIKE TO COMMEND BONSTAR-INTERNATIONAL FOR EMPLOYING SAMMIE,SHE REALLY ENJOYS AND TAKES PRIDE IN TAKING CARE OF HER TENNANTS & IT SHOWS. SAMMIE & JOHN MADE THE MOVE FOR ME TO CONGRESS PLACE APTS. A SMOOTH ONE. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK JUST A FEW DAYS. I am looking for to move into new apartent and I have been looking into Congress Place Apartents and I have to tell you that I am impressed. Apartments are huge and affordable, everything is almost new and kept very well. I talked to several people that live there and they seem to be happy and they told me that they been living there sence apartents were built and they love it. I visited congress Place Apartments several times and I think that will be my next home. I really like how apartments are designed, very nice floor plan and very large as well. I seen different apartments and they are very clean, I like that they show you apartment that you will actually rent instead of model, place very I live now did that and when I got my apartment after I signed lease it looked nothing like model that they showed me. IVE BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE SEPT 09 AND I LIKE IT HERE...THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS HERE UNTILL 3..SHE DOES HAVE KIDS AND A FAMILY SO SHE CANT BE HERE ALL NIGHT..BUT THERE IS NO CRIME OR ANYTHING AROUND HERE....I LOVE IT HERE THE PLACE IS NICE..NO CRIME OR ANTHING GOES ON IN THE COMPLEX SO I DEFF.
