I strongly advise against living at Congress Park due to the management's discriminatory behavior and lack of respect for residents. The manager, in particular, displays racist tendencies, favoring Spanish-speaking individuals over others, especially those of Haitian descent. The living conditions are also deplorable, with garbage scattered everywhere, mold-infested apartments, and a general disregard for residents' well-being. This is a great place to move in! Ms Ashley, Genesis, The new employees, I don’t remember their names, they are all very nice people and welcoming! The maintenance guys, Mr Rodrigo, Jeff, and the others. You guys make me feel like a family and thank you very much for all you do!
