Going to Congress Jewelers over the summer was one of the absolute best experiences I've ever had at a jewelry store. I came with a ring that was purchased there and was very sentimental to me. However, a ruby had sadly fallen out. We had gone to a few other jewelers in Naples with our grandma’s wedding ring hoping to make a custom wedding band with her stones.
