Easy going rental process. Great value for a stunning view of the city and quick hour on the water.

AMAZING time! I was very nervous having never been kayaking but Journey, our tour guide, made us feel safe, relaxed, and showed us the city all from Lady Bird Lake! We were out for about 2 hours, burned a ton of calories, and had so much fun! Going back with our children to enjoy another day out on the lake!

The people that work for this company are amazing. My girlfriend passed out from heat exhaustion before we went on the bat tour. We had spent all day at lake Travis and it hit her before we were about to start. They had a nurse on staff check out my girl while they called EMS. They gave her water and ice and really helped me because my girl never passed out like that before. They gave us a full refund and helped us the entire time. We shall return to Austin and we def take the tour we missed out on. Thanks again guys!

I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced a more friendly, helpful and professional staff. And what’s most amazing is they’re all millennials, who so often, get criticized for their interpersonal skills. NOT THESE YOUNG FOLKS! They’re the bomb. Don’t know who the baby boomer is that’s training them, but you’ll never interact with a more accommodating staff. Love Congress Avenue Kayaks!
