This absolutely the worst funeral home. They lack good customer service and professionalism. They gave us one price then hours before the funeral stated it was the wrong price and wanted more money. They kept my brother body hostage for days claiming to not have received any money at all. This place is not the place to give your money too. Please choose a better place to lay your loved one to rest. This place will milk you dry of all your money.

I can’t speak for other people. However, I can speak for my personal experience. DO NOT CALL ON THIS FUNERAL HOME FOR THE HANDLING OF SUCH A SACRED EVENT. The administrative services are unprofessional; the staff is inconsiderate and RUDE. If you lose a family member during the this searing time in the world, they will add more grief. My mom died on January 22, 2016. My mother requested this funeral director before she died. The service that we received from Ms. Congleton, Jeffrey Gibbons and the rest of the staff was excellent. They were very patient , showed us empathy, and sympathy. They did not haste us into buying anything we didn't want. We were shown all options and everything was itemized so we understood. My mom looked just like herself , and we were very pleased.
