I would never recommend this place to anyone to live here. Management was constantly changing and there was a lack of communication. Only one maintenance person working the grounds. Which is highly unethical and overwhelming for one person. Pool and grounds were always filthy from tenants not taking care of their kids or dog’s waste. 06/30/2025 update: l'd give this place negative stars if I could. Seems now we have no maintenance man and a landowner who gets mad if maintenance uses to much freon in the ancient AC units and also refuses to pay for new ones if the dinosaurs break. These units are breaking because we have a lawn care company here that doesn't care what kind of crap job they do and refuses to trim the bushes away from the AC units. Made many complaints about US Lawn and these bushes and nobody cares at all. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AW... read more
