I've lived here for a year. The property is decent, but prospective renters beware of the additional charges that come with living here- $300 (per pet) pet deposit, $30/pet/month pet rent (my cats don't have jobs!), $75/month for cable/internet (not optional), $15/month trash and $10/month pest control. Additionally, you have to pay annually to create a "pet profile" for each pet, which is also a dumb, but mandatory waste of money. And then they have the nerve to raise the rent! I wish I could give this place 0 stars ! Communication is so bad I don’t know why they even have staff at the front office. Been here for a year and it’s been nothing but stress dealing with these kind of people. Our apartment was not clean when we first got here, door was broken, cat hair was everywhere and u can tell they just repainted over everywhere never took the time to actually clean anything. My first apartment and it’s been a nightmare man

I had a tour scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when I arrived, no one was in the office. I got there a few minutes early and saw a sign saying someone would be back at 4:00, so I waited until about 4:05, but no one showed up. There was another car parked outside, so I'm not sure if they were waiting staff too or if they worked there. After I left, I did not receive a call, text, or email about the missed appointment. This place deserves negative stars ratings!! This is over Memorial Day weekend so it makes some of the following even more shocking!! I called this place 3 times on Wednesday and got disconnected each time so I decided to make a unscheduled tour of my own on Friday and I'm glad I did!! What I saw was appalling!! The leasing office took an extended 5 day weekend and left this place in disgusting shape. It appeared to be a beautiful place upon entering the ungated front but then went totally downhill quick!!
