DO NOT RENT HERE!!! . If I could give negative stars I would. This was THE worst place to live. First off, the lease agreement is go against almost every Utah renting law. For example, a daily late fee of $50. Then after six days you’re required to vacate the property. BUT if you vacate early you get slapped with a $1500 fine.
