My experience at Confluence was truly life changing. I did my best to prepare before arriving and followed most of the suggested guidance, but nothing could have fully prepared me for what unfolded during my time there. I had an incredible experience at Confluence. The facilitators are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and create a very safe and supportive environment. Everything—from preparation to integration—was thoughtfully done. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place for deep personal work. I am fortunate to have attended the Confluence 5 day retreat recently and it changed my life, for sure. Myles and his team are so skilled at what they do and their beautiful hearts enriched every part of the retreat.
