Great customer service! I felt very well taken care of. The server was very attentive and the manager even checked on us. The scallops were the best thing on the menu! Definitely would go back again!
We hosted our wedding reception here over the July 4th weekend and cannot save enough wonderful things about our experience! All of the staff members were amazing and we're still getting compliments from our guests about the food, service, and view. Thanks to Marianne and the staff for a wonderful weekend!
My husband and I couldn't have picked out a better venue for our wedding! The deck ceremony was even more beautiful than I had imagined, and the Olentangy room for our reception was absolutely breath taking! Marianne helped us from the very beginning, and was the nicest person I have ever met! She made our planning, and our wedding day completely stress free! I went to a high school senior breakfast at The Boat House Restaurant at Confluence Park - the food was good, everyone was nice, the facility was clean and spacious!
Food is always good. Last time we were here the service was fabulous. I am now on FB telling you about a server who just didn't feel the need to help myself and my husband. The special wad not explained in a desirable way and I was told about the price and how it is a dollar less. I don't care about the price , I care how I am going to treated and the atmosphere of the place I will spend my money. Absolutely perfect! We got married last April at the Boat House and have nothing but good things to say about the venue and the people. Everything was set up exactly how we wanted. The food was delicious, we received so many comments on the dinner selection. Edward was amazing, I don't know how we would have maneuvered through everything without him. He worked with our budget and made it happen!!! Thank you all for making our day truly a dream come true!

This place sucks on easter; huge line even with a reservation. If i could give it zero stars I would... Some manager(s) need to be fired.

We had a one o clock reservation for brunch today. We arrived at 12:50. The line to get into the restaurant was at least 100 people deep, with some people who were in line stating they had noon reservations. Needless to say, we left. Extremely disappointed and now left to search for another place to have Easter brunch. Unbelievable.
