They could start by treating the patient like a human being. They can fake some respect while their trying that, but I doubt they can do both at the same time. Your new policies prevent any hope of humanitarian treatment by staff now, and I have no doubt you've lost many patients, with many more yet to leave!
New phone system just to make an appointment took 4 calls because after Waiting for 9 minutes it haung up on Me! then tried call back had to put my number in for call back, my phone number, ive had for 5+ yrs, was rejected 3X before it accepted my number. then the lady stayed on the line while we waited. once the line began to ring it rang 10 times then Back to the Automation Loop!!! 45 minutes to find out Your So Under Staffed that its OVER 8 weeks Out!!!!
