I am a new member to Confident Smiles of Laurens and they explain everything in detail about what they are doing and give you a lot of opinions and are very flexible with their scheduling. Everyone there is friendly and very nice.

This was by far the most pleasent experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Dr. Cost and his staff are such a wonderful caring group of people. This is just the beginning of my journey with them but I left there today already feeling more confident about my smile than I ever have. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Dr. Cost and his staff are the best!!!! I suffer anxiety and they always help me stay calm when I visit. I also bring my four children here. My oldest son is autistic, and is non-verbal. Dr. Cost always explains everything to him in a manner that puts him at ease, and I really appreciate the effort that his team makes for my baby. My other 3 children love Dr. Cost too!!!! I have a great visit every time, the staff is always so nice and respectful and always talk you through what's going on through the visit. They take the time when your there to focus on you and your goals for a healthy mouth. My children as well go here and they really love it.
The entire staff are nice and understanding. They are focused and happy to serve. You do not see dental offices like this every day. Cheers!

Both Doctor and assistant were very skiled and friendly. No pain what so ever. I reconmend anyone and everyone to check them out
