I'm hesitant to share, but I had a poor experience. My first appt made me feel super comfortable with the doctor and staff, but then I had to go back for a couple fillings and I've been left traumatized. The first shot of novacane didn't take perfectly, so they had to go back in with a second shot. I called the New Brunswick location to schedule an appointment and was blown away by the rudeness of the woman who took my call. She kept talking down to me and not trying to take the time to understand my inquiry or the request I was making. She continued to insist that I have my x-rays and full exam redone at her practice even though I had already seen my regular dentist twice this year; I tried to explain that this would be a financial burden and instead of trying to be sympathetic to my concerns she promptly told me that... read more
I am free from pain thanks to Dr. Hector G Menendez, who took time to explain the process of the root canal I needed to have on my hot tooth for over three months. His knowledge and passion for his work is remarkable. The office and staff is outstanding, filled with high tech equipment to accommodate our needs. The dentist and staff were very professional. They are very friendly and they treat their customers with respect. I really recommend going there for your dental care.
I am someone who is very hesitant about Dentist. I had bad experiences with unprofessional dentists and nurses. I learned about his place through one of their representatives she was friendly and her smile was so beautiful,white,and healthy I knew that if her smile looked like that I need to check this dentist out.
