We went to Confident Nails as a couple. I got the spa pedicure. It seemed fine at the time, but the next day I noticed there was still hard skin left on my feet, which was pretty disappointing. I expected it to be more thorough, especially paying for a spa treatment. My girlfriend got a manicure and they seemed to rush it toward the end. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP! My experience getting a fill today was horrible. The girl that was doing my nails hurt me 3 times - the final time she took a piece of skin/meat off while putting a drill under my thumb nail. After she hurt me - she put acetone on my raw skin and it was stinging for so long. The final product - my nails are bumpy and smudged on a few fingers and the nail polish was not spread properly so can see streaks. To say the least - waste of $50. This was my 1st time here, definitely not the last!! Anna is amazing, she adhered to all of my details to the T. The staff including the other patrons that were present admitted they're loyal customers here. The spa is spotless, and has an opulent feel to it! Tim was very courteous as well!! See you in three weeks 🫶🏾
