While the nurses. And specifically Regina, are absolutely amazing, the front office staff, specifically SIMON, are awful. They had a clerical issue with paperwork and instead of figuring it out or admitting they made a mistake, Simon took it upon himself to try and shove paperwork down our doctors throat, and became belligerent and obnoxious with both the doctors and staff wouldn’t backdate orders.
