The first time I ordered from them, it was fantastic. September I purchased another refrigerated unit. That’s when things fell apart. Shortly after our sales person quit. No communication, no returned calls, no returned emails from anyone. By January I finally I called every number I could to get a hold of someone in the company and asked to cancel my order and they told me they would get me a refund. Calling Conexwest was the best decision I could have made to fulfill my need for a trailer office rental. Right off the bat, their customer service was on point, the price was just right. The staff was so helpful and answered all my questions. I Will definitely be a return customer if I ever need to rent any other container in the future. Don't hesitate to give them your business

Took my money for a 40 foot container. They produced lie after lie until I cancelled the order for a refund.They now refuse to reply to or give me a refund. That is Fraud.
