Have a medical concern seeking urgent help. 1st they refuse to see me because I don't bring family or friend to 1st appointment. I don't have anyone in country that would know me like that. I need my privacy respected, after all I am not a minor. So I beg to wave that requirement. 4 days later they call and say they will wave this requirement. Been seeking therapy from Lifestance for many many years and all my feelings and worries are heard. Best therapists and psychiatrists!!
No stars. I had to pick one star to be able to post! My counselor Stacy Barry was dismissive, preemptive and rude on my first call. Today, a month later, I called for in my second appointment I wanted to discuss his attitude on the previous appt call to avoid having another session like that and he hung up on me. Front desk said no other counselors were available or have room in their schedules to treat me. These people were a total waste of my time.
