For my first experience, it was excellent. Everyone was very kind, especially the psychologist. I felt very comfortable, even though my native language is Spanish. He tried to communicate with me in Spanish, and that is appreciated.
I've been going to lifestance for years and everyone I've worked with is great.
If I could I would give 0 stars for this experience with this lady . If you are burnt out from the tedious administrative work that the healthcare industry puts you through, I do no recommend Lifestance. I was constantly dealing with their technology issues and billing mistakes in my 1 year as a patient. In my experience they are a company that is unnecessarily stressful and frustrating in a healthcare system that is already stressful and frustrating.
