Lived here for about 2 and a half years, Nancy and Ray were great supers and the new super, Angela who started a few months before I moved was great as well! The place is well maintained and I would definitely recommend living here!
Myself and my partner live at 221 Queen St S in Kitchener. Nancy and Ray as well as Al are absolutely amazing. The building is always clean, the atmosphere is always welcoming. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly, professionally and fixed right. Lisa is also amazing as she has a kind heart and appreciation for tenants.
Lived in this tower from 2014-2015. Missed the view from the spacious living room.
So well maintained, decent staff to attend new people, clean and very near to public transport facilities. Just awesome place to live.
