My husband and I have lived in this building for over 14 years and I have many positive things to say. The location is fantastic as it is close to downtown as well as Victoria Park where there are always fun things happening. The building itself has undergone many upgrades and although our unit has not been renovated it is perfect for us and we have minimal issues. Lived here for about 2 and a half years, Nancy and Ray were great supers and the new super, Angela who started a few months before I moved was great as well! The place is well maintained and I would definitely recommend living here!
Myself and my partner live at 221 Queen St S in Kitchener. Nancy and Ray as well as Al are absolutely amazing. The building is always clean, the atmosphere is always welcoming. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly, professionally and fixed right. Lisa is also amazing as she has a kind heart and appreciation for tenants.
Lived in this tower from 2014-2015. Missed the view from the spacious living room.
