We just moved to alachua and tried Conestogas tonight for take out. It was delicious! The Coconut shrimp with pina colada sauce was great. The sweet potato fries are not your average “frozen” fries. They are handmade and more like sweet potato steak fries!! My husband had the country fried steak sandwich and he loved it! Great job!!

It's a family favorite and has been for more than 20 years.
Having been cooped up for 2 weeks, we decided we needed to give the home cooks a break in our house. Conestogas never disappoints. I have only eaten in the dining room before and I have to say I was beyond impressed with how they packaged their to go orders. I am really picky about how things are packed and they far exceeded my picky expectations... and of course yummy food! We will definitely continue to eat local to support our community as much as we can in these odd times.

Friendlier waitress that doesn't pour coffee all over your table and on a member of your party without acknowledging it or cleaning it up while the party is praying. Waitresses that will stop long enough to listen to you and get your order right. A cook that can cook your steak the way you order it, has happened more then once. The manager, the night the waitress spilled the coffee, did an awesome job stepping in to finish serving us.
