Would not rate this a 1 star . Monique is the worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with . Billing me for a 15 min visit when I requested A quote to confirm if it is a roof issue . DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They will bill u for a quote !!!!!
zero star review I hired Conestoga Roofing to replace a flat roof on an industrial property in November 2017. Shortly after the roof was replaced, there were leaks. Problem 1 2017 to 2019 Conestoga came and repaired the first set of leaks in November 2017 . Then in March 2018, leaks again. Conestoga insisted that it was condensation. In February 2019 the leaks(condensation) were back - not until the leaks caused 10,000 of damage to equipment did Conestoga come back to repair the roof.
