Pretty good stay in terms of cleanliness for the most part, but when I said I’d stay another night, the the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing so they threw all of my stuff out and put literally everything I own in garbage bags and threw it all in the lost and found, terrible service with non-clear communication considering they had my info on file, they could have called and asked. This is year 2 for my daughter. The 2 bedroom suites are terrible. Rundown, holes in walls, burn marks on counters. Not worth the 8,600 a year. Unfortunately, there was no housing close to campus so she is stuck living there. We were told last year Covid delayed renovation. It's been 5 years and still terrible. Last year, we demanded a new room. It was disgusting, dirty, rundown. Total rip off
