Great experience with the LocalRoofs team. We had them replace the failing underlayment on our 30+ year old tile roof. The job was challenging, with most of the work done high off the ground on a steep slope. We had Greg and his team come out to redo a patio roof that was done poorly by another roofer. Greg was informative, helped us and thoroughly transformed our patio roof. The previous company was a disaster. His crew was clean meticulous and I highly recommend this local roofing company for small and large projects! This is the second time we’ve had Local Roofs out to our home and we could not be more pleased! They have earned our trust and continued business!

He gave me a great initial price and took the time to explain the differences including pros and cons of asphalt shingle, lightweight concrete, clay tile, etc. Furthermore, I had the roof done after moving into my first house and the project manager, Rudy, and the foreman on site, Rodrigo, sent extra guys to hit a tight deadline and got it done in 4 days!
