We had a very negative experience with LocalRoofs on a commercial project. The work resulted in estimated over $20,000 in damage to our property & business loss, which directly impacted our entire staff our business operations. What made it worse was how the situation was handled afterward. It took significant effort on our end to get their insurance involved and move toward a resolution, turning what should have been straightforward into a long and stressful process. I wanted to update our review on this company. After they put in brand new roof in 2024, it started to leak in 2 months. Several places leaked in our walking closet on the 2nd floor. We called and their responses were very slow. My husband had to threaten to suit them then they came and did a lousy repairs. It stopped for a while. We recently had our roof reset done with Local Roofs. It was an absolute pleasure working with Blake throughout the whole process. He was super calm, patient, thorough, respectful, thoughtful, personable, pressure-free, and professional! He worked closely with project manager to put our project on a rush order.
