Blake Spahn came within a couple of hours of calling LocalRoofs to inspect my roof and write an estimate. He is very honest and said, and I quote, "If this was my roof, I wouldn't do anything." Andrew came out to my house. Check the roof went back up and spent time doing some work on the roof. He took some roofing paper back up along with chalking material and spent about 30 minutes doing some work. And then he came back down the ladder, said the work was All repaired. My roof ia a tile roof. Very happy with all work
