I have never had anything done to my face. Not even a facial. I was very nervous. The ladies explained everything about everything I wanted done. Very professional. They were so kind making sure I was comfortable. I'm liking what I see. I will be back to do some more. My self confidence is through the roof. Sofia called the next day checking on me. How great is that.

I had such a wonderful experience at Conejo Valley Medspa today. Ghisele greeted me with a warm welcome and took me to the suite to meet Sofia. I immediately felt comfortable and safe with her. She is a true professional with a gentle touch. Her suite was very clean and stylish and Ghisele was such a sweetheart. 10/10 highly recommend.
Sofia and Ghisele were great, they explained everything that would happen and what to expect and what to do for after care. Sofia is very professional and has great medical experience. The facility was also very nice. I will go back for additional treatments. I highly recommend her and Conejo Valley Medspa.
