We were on Conejo’s maintenance plan for a while. We found they were very thorough in checking our A/C, plumbing and electric systems. It is worth considering these plans. We had other work done where we felt the pricing was quite high, like for a garbage disposal and for installing a tankless hot water heater. So consumers should be sure to do price comparisons. Updating this review on April 10, 2025. I am changing my rating from ONE STAR to THREE STARS. This is why: 1) Once this review was posted I heard immediately from two customer service managers, and the problems mentioned below have all been immediately and satisfactorily addressed.
