I took it upon myself to write this review. Scott at Conejo Valley Auto Group was not only a pleasure to work with but went the extra mile for me on questions I had about my car. He replaced a custom bumper for me on my 1996 car and took such good care of my 'ace'. He responded timely, took the time to explain the process to me, prices were very fair, and earned a customer for life. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. 5-stars all the way around!
I can’t say enough good things about Conejo Valley Auto Center. After my car was damaged in an accident, they took care of everything with such professionalism and genuine care. What really stood out was how they kept me updated throughout the entire process—without me even having to ask. It made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Everyone at Conejo Valley Auto Center is the absolute best! They explain everything right up front and help you all the way through the process. They do great work! My excursion needed the hood and roof repainted and they did a great job making my favorite vehicle look great again! My daughter also brought her car in for damage due to mice. They fully cleaned it out and restored her car back to it's original condition. I was told they do not paint classic cars yet in their main photos for their google page shows a classic car being painted. Very confusing
