We recently had a plumbing leak in our upstairs bathroom that caused water damage in our downstairs ceiling and walls. Our plumbing company recommended Conejo Restoration for repair. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough in removing the damaged drywall and ensuring that everything was completely dry and mold free prior to replacing with new drywall. They completed everything on budget and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them and would count on them again in the future.

Scott, the owner of Conejo Restoration, was incredibly honest and professional. He reviewed my mold inspection report and clearly explained that I did not have a mold issue and did not need any mold remediation. It’s rare to find this level of integrity these days. I truly appreciate his time, honesty, and helpful maintenance advice. Highly recommend!
