Last week we had a leak from an upstairs toilet that flooded our downstairs bathroom. We called Conejo Restoration on a Sunday morning and they were at our house within a couple of hours to do an assessment. They started work the next day, and they documented every step of the process with pictures and recorded measurements. They were friendly and reliable. I would definitely use them again for any water cleanup.

We recently had a plumbing leak in our upstairs bathroom that caused water damage in our downstairs ceiling and walls. Our plumbing company recommended Conejo Restoration for repair. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough in removing the damaged drywall and ensuring that everything was completely dry and mold free prior to replacing with new drywall. They completed everything on budget and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them and would count on them again in the future.
