Customer service is terrible. I received a referral from my medical insurance company to schedule an MRI. I called to schedule and the receptionist told me that they only did walk in appointments. She then told me to come in the next day between 8am-4pm and to bring my insurance card, referral paperwork and identification. I arrived at 10am the following day and the receptionist told me that they don't have any availability until next month and I needed to make an appointment. I had to have an MRI with contrast so I had to drink this disgusting stuff slowly starting 2 hours before and then finish it at the appt. My doctor sent me a text that the facility contacted him regarding notes. I thought they asked for the order but I guess it was only notes for the insurance. When I went to get the disgusting fluid I was not told to be sure to bring the order.
