After a month and 5 phone calls with Rolling Oaks to not get an appt (no call back either), Conejo MRI got me in with one phone call and 48 hours later my CT scan was done. Super nice staff and the CT specialist was super friendly, showed me my scan as well. As a mountain biker me and my friends get hurt often, telling everyone to go to Conejo MRI.
Customer service is terrible. I received a referral from my medical insurance company to schedule an MRI. I called to schedule and the receptionist told me that they only did walk in appointments. She then told me to come in the next day between 8am-4pm and to bring my insurance card, referral paperwork and identification. I arrived at 10am the following day and the receptionist told me that they don't have any availability until next month and I needed to make an appointment. I had to have an MRI with contrast so I had to drink this disgusting stuff slowly starting 2 hours before and then finish it at the appt. My doctor sent me a text that the facility contacted him regarding notes. I thought they asked for the order but I guess it was only notes for the insurance. When I went to get the disgusting fluid I was not told to be sure to bring the order. Unfortunately I figured they asked the doctor for the order when they contacted him (as in my experience other places do) - so I didn’t bring it. It... read more
