I'm male, and in my 60s. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Yaftali for 22 years, since we moved to the Conejo Valley. We couldn't ask for a better family physician. Contrary to some Yelp reviewers, I have never once found the front office staff to be anything less than totally professional, and never condescending. The Conejo Medical Group of doctors in Thousand Oaks moved into a surprisingly much smaller space a few months ago at the same building location at 3180 Willow Lane, now Suite 200. The waiting room size now is ridiculously small for a doctor’s office of waiting patients who could be contagious, and they are obviously understaffed administratively. I go here with wife and kids. Dr Simard has been fantastic. Her staff has also been great.
Worst! Dr. Simard and her staff are super rude. Very hostile environment and felt discriminated…. very unfortunate that i ever choose this medical facility.
