Such a horrible experience I am just now able to review the process. I came in with severe lower back pain and nausea. The NP on duty completely failed to do basic standard screening to rule out a possible kidney stone or any possible infection. The nurse was very kind and was going to get me a wheelchair to take me to X-ray. Enter in Christopher Ragan the NP - he looked at my back and told me it was a most definitely a muscle spasm and gave me a steroid shot.
