They made an appointment for me for another two days later. Now we are 7 days out. My foot is getting worse. I followed ALL of their instructions. I arrived to the wound care specialist. Waited about three hours, although I must say that the nurses there were SO kind. For the first time that foot was properly numbed and cleaned. Not a family friendly hospital. The care you recieve is horrible and communication between staff is not good at all. Each time I have been to this hospital as a visitor I felt as though doctors and nurses dont communicate with each other and patients are just left in rooms to fend for themselves and you ring for a nurse and they come in the room with an attitude because they have to actually do some work(their job).

These people have done NOTHING, they don't answer calls when messages are left for administration, they do nothing. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE TO DO RIGHT BY WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO ME AND IF YOU READ REVIEWS MANY OTHERS! I didn't deserve this, no one does! You can keep piling on the costs, you've destroyed my life on every level. We live paycheck to paycheck like most of America. I contacted Jill Edwards with "Risk Management" I want to know who their insurance carrier is, I've been denied that information. I believe the ONLY persons who should be paid should be the anethesiologists and the orthopedic surgeon who saved my life. Because I WOULD HAVE DIED! The worst hospital I have ever been to in my entire life. Who checks into the ER to have to wait 2 + hours in a room waiting to see a dr. Piss poor service all around. They need to either do a massive overhaul of staff and it's way of doing things or just shut the hell down

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a hospital. The wait is just ridiculous and when they tell you they are waiting for a room, you have spent 5 hours of your life wasted and then be told those rooms are still full.
