From reception to the doctor everyone was kind and attentive. I look forward to many years with this healthcare team. I was treated like a person not a number. Dr. Rucker was very personable and made me feel like I was a priority.
Dr. Rucker and her staff have been great. The office is always clean never crowded. I arrived 10 min prior to my scheduled appointment. I was literally having my appointment at the scheduled time which is unheard of. She was very attentive to my health needs and journey.
Decently paced medical service. Very friendly staff and the office is well decorated, which makes the experience less daunting. I had a bad experience with the phlebotomist not being able to find my vein. I recommended my right arm, but she proceeded with the left and could not draw enough blood. I had to go to Labcorp to have my blood drawn and I will not be returning to this office.
I went and was there 21 mins and then thrown out of the practice. What does that say about care and compassion. How can you trust and care facility that would do this. But remember the commercial. Cone is there for you. Plus have all my info from my other doctors and still go things wrong. Had yo mak calls myself to fix issues they created.
