No one ever wants to take their child to the ER late at night. But I am thankful to have a place like this if the time comes. The staff was attentive, comforting, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. Thank you so much.

My daughter’s first appointment was amazing with Dr Jessup….until we went in the room for bloodwork. The phlebotomist was nice and friendly until she wasn’t. My daughter began to panic because she never had bloodwork drawn from her arm. She’s three. The nurse had one arm, I had the other and held her as instructed by the phlebotomist. Once she stuck my daughter, my daughter gained a sense of strength and she was able to pull the needle out. Rating Dr. Badik, Dr. Meehan, and the MAs alone I'd give 5 stars easily. They all have phenomenal bedside manner and make my trans son feel safe and seen, which is a huge deal for him. Dr. Badik has worked so hard taking over gender care and I have the utmost appreciation and respect for her for that. We drive in all the way from Raleigh to see her and it's well worth the trip.
