If you are Diabetic and need a CDL Physical for your Hazmat license do not go here. The doctors are great and very nice, but they will not give you a year on your license even when everything looks great. Honestly it was worth it to me to go elsewhere and pay for it myself just so I wouldn't have to go back every 3 months. I went here 3 times and the most they would give me was 6 months (but twice they gave me 3 months) even though my everything was fine. No sugar in urine and reading was way under 100. Doesn't matter.
