This facility is fantastic! The people are so friendly and courteous. I'm from MD. and there are no places like this at home.
I brought my infant in at 2 PM with a confirmed case of RSV, urgently needing medical attention. The clinic closes at 4 PM, and even though the waiting room had very few people, the front desk lady called me over and told me there was a 5-hour wait. That makes no sense for a place that closes in 2 hours. There was no triage, no concern, and no attempt to assess how sick my baby was.
