All the staff are very nice and the doctors are awesome with my mom.
They’re slow, waiting literally for 2-4hrs maybe more and all you hear is staff laughing an not doing their jobs
The wait is ridiculous, staff is rude and don’t care about patients. Highly recommend the extra drive to Moses Cone in Greensboro for an emergency.

Do not go there! You would die before they would see you or check on you . Me and my husband have been in the waiting room since 2:30pm it is now 7pm and he still has not been seen. At least 10 people that came in after him have already been seen and left! It’s the worst emergency room we have ever been to!
Honestly I don’t understand how this ER hasn’t been shut down.
Dr.Wieting was great! I like the fact that he’d cut your T.V.off!He wanted to make sure I were listening an understood as well as listening to me!The nurse staff was good an food staff! Thanks for a pleasant stay!
