This place has gone down hill ever since Dr Grady combined practices. The front desk people are rude, inconsistent, don't call you back, mixing visits up with in-person or virtual, its a mess. Ask them a simple question get a rude answer in response. I needed a medication desperately i had to wait over a week to get it. After calling and leaving messages for 8 days I finally was able to get my meds. 8 days long days of no meds missed 2 days of work....
