Condor Moving Systems is completely unreliable I just wanted to express my EXTREME disappointment in Condor Moving Systems. The Friday afternoon before my move, I received a call from the dispatcher informing me that the truck had broken down, and that my move appointment was being canceled. I understand that unforeseen events can happen, however, I did not need a truck - I needed bodies to help me carry things from one apartment to another in the same building. Buyer Beware ! Started out well enough, then turned really bad once they got our stuff and money. Sales rep Maj was totally at my disposal until they picked up our stuff, after that she was not in the office and would not return calls. Rude customer service when inquiring about when our stuff would be delivered and numerous delays in it finally arriving.The excuses used in the delays ........lots of rain in Texas led to one of their trucks becoming invested with roaches and ants - we will hose it out and get you on the road ... read more
Condor Moving Systems ~ Worst Moving Experience WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! They charged almost twice what they "quoted" me, I had ALL of my DVD's (approx 300 DVD's) and multiple items stolen, and number of boxes at some point had been opened and looked through, numerous things broken that they wrapped for me (like an antique end table and my $2,000 mattress set that they "boxed" for me was obviously dragged and was dirty and holes in it on the end), and by the time I received my furniture, both my dressers, my mother's ho... read more

bad bad bad Not happy at all.Didnt know the prodacall so Isigned first ,then got my things and find out all my boxes was not there and the mover didnt show any concern. He just said call the office ,and when I didnt that I got the run around cause I had signed sayin all my boxes where they when they were not.
Condor Moving Systems is unreliable Let me start off by saying that the guys who did the actual move were very nice and professional. The people at customer service, on the other hand, were horrible. My move was supposed to happen on a Thursday between 2 and 4pm. I got a call after 4 telling me that the movers had been held up on a previous job and wouldn't be at my apartment until 8pm at the earliest. HORRIBLE! LOST BROKEN AND OVERCHARGED HORRIBLE! Lost 3 very large boxes full of pricey and priceless items including a large portion of my wardrobe, a brand new vacuum cleaner and my daughter's brand new bicycle and also broke my lamp. Their "FULL" coverage offered me $42.00 which stated all they offer is $.60 cents a pound for the lost and broken items. This means they lost 70LBS worth of my things! STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY IS THE WORSE I moved from Dallas to South Carolina, and Maya send me a quote for $1.3K usd but then Ronda call me and told me that the estimated weight was under by 300 pounds and I have to pay $300 usd more + all the cost not included as: long walks, shuttle etc., when I received my stuff the 30% was damaged and I call Condor and Ronda said that the claims is managed by a 3rd party company so I am not sure at this point if I am going to recover the 30% lost of my stuff , this company is the worse c... read more
Condor Moving Systems = Liars My wife and I recently moved from Central Texas to Southern California. 1.If you ferry your customers?? belongings in a smaller truck to a facility where they get picked up by a bigger truck, then say that. When you say, ??Can an 18 wheeler fit in front of your house? Is it legal for us to bring one to your house?? You make the customer think that an 18 wheeler will be arriving at their door.
