Fast and Safe Movers I moved with condor to CA last week. They did a good job. They reach my place at the said time, provided fast service and delivered my belongings which are properly wrapped by them in boxes at the concerned place with ease and safety. The staff is good to communicate and quite professional people to work with. Will use condor in our next move for sure!
SCAM ARTIST First of all who uses a moving company with a 3 star rating?! Or any company for that matter?! Well apparently my mom didn't do her research before booking these clowns! They came out and quoted her a price, got her furniture and then called back and demanded another $3000! Then threw in another $570 to wrap her furnishings. Is that not a part of the move? These people have this jig down to a science by reading the other reviews! BEWARE!!!
Great Job Condor Moving Systems I moved with Condor to IL last month. They did a wonderful job. My Sales Rep was extremely detailed and took the time to explain everything to me to avoid any surprises. The crews were awsome!!! Overall we were very happy and would hire Condor for our next move.
Condor Moving Systems World Class Movers Ok I just moved with Condor to FL they did a great job. To set the record straight they dont broker their moves. They use owner operators like 99% of transportation companies do to haul loads. This practice is very common in the transporation industry. The crews both at pick up and delivery were awsome. My items were delivered safely exactly what I hired Condor to do. I would highy recommend them the have been around for almost 10 years they are doing something right!!!
The Worst!!!! Absolutely terrible! Condor brokers thier loads to 3rd party drivers who do not have commerical drivers licences. They go around this requirment by using Ryder Rental Box trucks who can be driven by anyone. The condition of the boxes upon delivery were in terrible condtion. Two of my TV's did work and the customer service was indiffernt about the whole tragic cluster Condor is. I work for a big oil and gas.. the word is out on this terrrible company!
If you like to cry and and get screwed at the last minute, use Condor! If you like crying, stress, dispair, and absolute panic, then use Condor. I had a signed, paid contract to move on a certain date and they called me less than 24 hours to cancel the move. They offered to reschedule me in one week because it wasn't cost effective for them to move me, this is AFTER we signed a contract, and I paid. Avoid like the plague! Horrid! Avoid this company like the plague! One of the owners came out and did a site estimate. He assured me they were great at small moves and bragged about their certifications. I will not bore with all the details but they did not pack as promised. lost numerous cartons and 2 books cases that cannot be replaced. Their initial response was "stuff happens, file a claim". Condor Does Not Deliver As Promised I would not book a move with this company. I spoke with Maya in late October and November and booked a move with her from Arkansas to Dallas in December. Maya assured me they could pickup on Jan 29th or Jan 30th 2010 and deliver in Dallas on Jan. 31st. I called today and dispatch said they could only pickup on Jan 21nd and hold my things until 1-31. They are all time bad I would not recommend this mover company. What they know is to cheat and yell when you call the customer service. Both Maya and Rhondo from customer service dept are just to answer the call and give false promises. Sometimes they are not available at the desk. They dont update regarding the move. You have to keep calling them. I STILL DIDN'T GET my stuff from Houston to Connecticut. They moved my stuff on Apr 7.
