The new HOA has never once returned my calls, even before something escalated into a problem. They have cost me a lot of money with their mistakes, and I can see from other reviews that they have cost other residents as well. Please get a new HOA. Just look at their other online reviews. They have a 1.9/5 on Google. Yelp is no better. They have a 1/5 on the BBB. There are reasons why their reviews are so poor. They are not a smart choice.
